Hi! I'm Wendy, a mother of four children ranging in ages 17-22. I have lots of experience with children of all ages and am very patient, responsible, flexible, kind, reliable, trustworthy and understanding of children's needs. I just finished with a family that I've been with for the last 3 years since they (twins) are off to preschool. I'm currently looking for a family that needs part time/ possibly full time help. Wendy was an absolute pleasure to work with - flexible-caring-my son always looked forward to going to Wendy's for before school care.  As a parent I would absolutely recommend Wendy for childcare.  

I have relied on Wendy regularly for the past 5 months, and am so grateful for her warm, loving, dependable, flexible care. My 3 1/2-year-old rarely wants to come home after a day with Wendy, and my 10-month-old always looks so happy, calm, and secure when I arrive at pick-up time. I have never liked leaving my children and have never used a daycare, but I trust Wendy to love, entertain, and protect them so that I don't have to worry about their well-being while I'm gone. She has truly been a life-saver. I cannot emphasize enough just how solid and dependable Wendy has been, and how flexible she is regarding my irregular schedule. My children are safe and content with her, and we are lucky to have found her.

I can't express how happy I am to have Wendy watch our girls. She has gone above and beyond any expectations I had when I was desperately looking for care before and after school last September.  The kids love going to her house, I know when they are there that they are safe and having a great time. Wendy has been super flexible during snow storms and seasonal illness. She helps with homework and plays games.  I am super awkward  when writing reviews because I feel like I sound cheesy but seriously I feel super blessed to have Wendy as a caregiver for my girls. 
 

The only sad thing is that I don't live closer - I would hire Wendy weekly! We were in town for a wedding and needed a sitter for our 3-month old and our friend's one-year-old.  Wendy (and her daughter L.) were amazing - on time, trustworthy and patient when our wedding shuttle was a little late bringing us back.  They also got our friend's one-year old to sleep even though he NEVER sleeps for baby-sitters.  They think she is a baby whisperer.  She is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!  

We love Wendy. From the moment we interviewed her we knew she'd be a great fit for our chaotic schedule. She's very friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to. She is great with our 4 1/2 month old baby - very attentive, good at getting her to sleep, comforting her, changing diapers, tummy time, walks, etc. It's nice having a mom of 4 taking care of your child, she loves her kids and has great experience. She is very flexible with dates/times which is great for us since we tend to need help on the fly. I think the biggest thing for us as new parents is that we actually trust her with our baby. We're moving across the country and are so sad to have to say good bye to her, wish we could take her with us. We highly recommend her!

Wendy was punctual, friendly, easy going, and did a great job taking care of my young baby (only 3 months old).

Wendy is fantastic!!  She is so good with my baby -- she takes fabulous care of him and is so sweet and kind.  He absolutely loves her.  She makes it as easy as it can be to leave him -- I know he is happy and in great hands.  It's been wonderful to have Wendy taking care of him!

Wendy is WONDERFUL!!!!!! She is an  absolute angel....I don't know what I would do without all her help.  Wendy is the most awesome caregiver ever.  My schedule is so inconsistent and Wendy is always so flexible and willing to help.  My boys LOVE her and ask to go to her house everyday.  They are actually bummed when I'm not working because they want to stay with Wendy everyday.  I am so thankful I found her and am lucky that she is caring for my boys when I'm working.  I know my boys are being well taken care of.  I HIGHLY recommend her!I have absolutely no hesitation about her and consider her my family now!!!!!!

I have asked Wendy to watch my son with special needs a few times. I always know he is well cared for and all of his needs are being attended while he is with Wendy. On top of that he has a blast with her and wants to know if he can not go to school and stay with Wendy! That makes me feel he is safe when he is with her and I can't be around. I will continue to use Wendy's services when needed. Thank you.

The absolute best sitter ever! She is so great with me kids...highly recommend her! 

Wendy has been working with us since my son was 3 months old (he's now almost 1!), and we hired her and have been with her since I was 7 months pregnant! She is our lifesaver. She is absolutely wonderful and we would be lost without her. It was so hard for me to go back to work, and still is hard to go some days, but it makes it easier knowing Wendy is with our son - she loves him like one of her own. When we first started looking for a babysitter, we thought we wanted something totally different. Then, we met Wendy and were instantly drawn to her. She keeps our son at her house, and takes him everywhere! Her children are his best friends, and it's so sweet to see how much they all love him. Additionally, she is so flexible! My husband and I have very crazy, not consistent schedules, and Wendy takes it in stride - she keeps our son when we need her to, she can switch days around at the last minute- she is truly one of the most dependable, wonderful people ever. We look forward to working with her for always.
