About Wendy

Wendy is a mom of four and an exceptionally experienced caregiver with decades of hands-on childcare experience. I trust her completely with my 1- and 4-year-old children. She is calm, confident, nurturing, and has the kind of practical judgment that comes from many years of caring for children. She has been incredibly helpful with everything from taking the kids to activities and keeping them engaged to managing dinner, bath, and bedtime routines. She is also proactive around the house—helping with cooking, tidying, and household chores without needing constant direction—which makes our evenings significantly calmer and easier. Most importantly, Wendy is reliable, punctual, attentive, and very focused on the children's safety and well-being. I feel comfortable having her independently care for both children, including taking them out of the house and managing them through the evening. She has successfully handled both children on her own and gotten them fed, settled, and to bed on time. Wendy is also dependable and easy to communicate with. She takes initiative, understands children's needs and routines, and brings a reassuring sense of maturity and competence into our home.
