About Walter

I am the youngest of 7 kids, a Godfather to 8 and a grandfather myself of 1. My family is entrepreneurial, artistic and involved in the caregiving community, this is where my approachable friendly caring character was formed I graduated in the top percent of my class, ran for vice president and was active in the art & artist community throughout high school and studies at the 4 colleges schools in the Boston area where I resided. My education was focused on fine arts and lettering while young and as a mortgage professional for over 20 years helping families plan and achieve home ownership and building wealth through real estate. I am a thoughtful, kind and detail oriented person and enjoy being a positive influence and productive member of the community and within my circles of friends and colleagues I have been in Maine since purchasing my home for 20 years.
