About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and I am a dedicated and compassionate childcare provider with six years of experience caring for children of all ages. Throughout my years of nannying, I have had the opportunity to work with many families, which has helped me become flexible, dependable, and responsive to each family's unique needs and routines. During school breaks, I work in a school supporting disabled and autistic children. This experience has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to adapt to different learning styles and behavioral needs. I take pride in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Building strong relationships with children and families is important to me, so I prioritize open communication with parents and always follow household rules, routines, and expectations. In addition to childcare, I assist with light housekeeping, including tidying up, preparing meals, organizing activities, and helping keep daily routines running smoothly.
