About Wakesha

I have worked with children from infants to pre-teens professionally for close to 30 years. Throughout my career, providing compassionate and attentive care in private residences, group homes, government facilities and public schools has blessed me with the knowledge, capability and experience to deeply connect with, relate to, and understand children in my care. I have worked with families from various cultures, creeds, races, nationalities and ethnicities; and of both religious and non-religious backgrounds alike. I understand and appreciate the differences in others. I'm a highly competent, trustworthy, empathetic and emotionally intelligent individual who strives to operate with integrity as a personal standard. I work best with families who are kind, respectful, dependable, honest and who communicate openly. My approach to childcare is very tender, loving, engaging and playful, it is geared specifically to each individual child, with a focus on age-related personal development.
