About Vlada

I've always really enjoyed working with kids, and it's something that's naturally been a big part of my life. I started babysitting when I was about 12 years old, a couple times a week, and it quickly became something I genuinely liked doing, because I enjoyed building connections with kids and being someone they could feel comfortable around. As I got older, I looked for more ways to grow that experience. I volunteered at an elementary school for two years, going twice a week to help out in classrooms. That gave me a better understanding of how kids act in their everyday environments, how they learn, communicate, and respond to different situations. It helped me become more patient. I also worked at a daycare for a year, where I developed strong skills in creating a safe, organized, and positive environment while still keeping things fun and engaging. I became comfortable managing routines, staying on schedule, and making sure each child felt included and cared for.
