About Vitoria

Hello, I'm Vitoria! I'm 25, I have a big passion for early childhood development, and I started my experience with being a Nanny/Babysitter at the end of 2019. Since then, my love for this role grew exponentially and I ended up working full time (even decided to go on an Au Pair experience) for 4 years. I've had the great honor and joy of caring for over 30 little ones, during multiple stages of their development, with a great variety of ages within the range of 3 months old and 6 years olds. I've helped them grow their skills of empathy, kindness, patience, social awareness, self awareness, admiration of nature, emotional regulation, and communication skills. One thing you should know about me is I am a firm believer that children should always be treated with love, respect and patience, even in moments of setting firm boundaries and rules, and especially on moments of emotional distress. Therefore, I enjoy and prefer to work with parents who are aligned with me in this philosophy.
