As a Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, personal care, mobility assistance, and more. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, particularly when providing dementia care. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and check-ins. Respecting my care recipient's independence is paramount. I am comfortable with pets. My CPR Training ensures I'm prepared for emergencies. I speak English, Polish, and Russian.
