Hi my name is Viola, I am 68 yrs. old, I retired from ATT after 32 yrs.. Directly after that I began full time care giving( unpaid) for my mom who was 600 lbs. and my dad who had Parkinson's, I took them to Dr.'s appts. did the cooking, cleaning and truly felt a fulfillment like never before. I did that for about 3 yrs right after Katrina. That is when I realized that I had a real passion for caregiving. After that I moved to Houston where my daughter had moved to and was just starting her new family, and I took care of her three special needs children for about 13 years. The more caregiving I do the more I love it. I find it fulfilling and humbling. I'm hoping for a live in senior care giver job if possible
