My name is Lisa, I work for HomeInstead. I moved to Houston from Huntsville where I previously cared for a 101 yr old man and his 97 wife for a year and a half. I cooked, did laundry, dressing, meds, Dr. appts, transfers, exercises, showers, cut hair, clip nails, shopping, gave him his 100th Birthday! I'm ready to find the clients that need my services close by. I'm Upbeat, positive, peaceful. I like caring for seniors because the wisdom they have. Daytime 7am-3 p.m. and (6pm-7pm) and or all night shifts 7pm-7 a.m. I ask for Saturdays & Sunday off for church or if client is close flexible hours until a weekend caregiver is found. I'm trustworthy, kind, sensitive to peoples needs. My skills include cooking, foley /catheter care, showering , transfers, shopping, pet care, laundry, Dr. appointments, Blood pressure/ O2, Dressing, gait belt, colostomy care, oxygen machines, nebulisers and of course dishes, vacuuming, taking out trash.
