Viktoria (Vika) has been a wonderful caregiver. Over the course of several years, she has become a part of our family. She is kind, reliable, organized, patient, trustworthy, and loving, and our kids love her very very much. She nurtured them from the time they were babies, and has helped transition them to preschool. She provides a balance between being loving and providing structure and boundaries. She was also very accommodating with our hectic, often unpredictable work schedules, and we really appreciated her flexibility. She is a lovely person who really cares about our kids and our family as a whole. We were very lucky to have met her, and we could not have asked for a better caretaker for our young children.
