About Victoria

I am pleased to recommend Victoria O. without hesitation for a caregiving position. Victoria cared for my mother for three months and became like family to us. It is evident to all who meet Victoria that she cares about her work. She is dedicated, hard working, conscientious and 100% attentive. Victoria makes every moment productive. She knows how to manage her time well and looks for ways to help beyond what is expected. Victoria communicated well with me. She asked questions and offered suggestions gently. I learned so much from her. She positively encouraged my mom as her mobility declined and always treated her respectfully when her dementia increased and she wasn’t willing to do what Victoria was asking. Patience is one of her strengths. As mom slept more, Victoria looked for ways to use her time productively around the house. She did laundry, changed bedding, walked the dog, swept up outside, took trash out and I’m sure handled tasks that we don’t even know about. She maintained a level of cleanliness so that made us all proud to welcome guests visiting at any time. When it became clear that my mom needed more care than we could provide in the home, Victoria not only selflessly added on more hours, but she also worked a week in the board and care home, to ease the transition for my mom. My only regret is not finding and hiring Victoria sooner.
