About Victoria

The biggest reason I love child care is my grandma owned a daycare and then became a nanny. She'd babysit 10+ children at a time, and of course I had to be her little helper. As I got older, she would pay me to help with the children she babysat. The families were always so caring and willing to give me advice on what to not to do. From that I have developed a patient, calm, and creative approach to caring for children. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, using their preferred methods to provide regular updates on their child's day and addressing any issues that may arise. I will always follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to preteens. have a car, am comfortable with pets & am willing to clean/cook/do whatever is needed.
