About Victoria

The biggest reason I love child care is my grandma owned a daycare and then became a nanny. She used to babysit 10+ children at a time, and of course I had to be her little helper. As I got older, she would pay me to help with the children she babysit. The families were always so caring ands willing to give me a lot of advice on what to do and not to do. From that I have developed a patient, calm, and creative approach to caring for children. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, using their preferred methods to provide regular updates on their child's day and addressing any issues that may arise. I will always follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to preteens. have a car, am comfortable with pets & am willing to clean/cook/do whatever is needed.
