About Allison

I'm a kind, patient, and friendly caregiver who loves building good relationships with kids and parents. I use my sense of humor to make kids feel comfortable and have fun while they're with me. I'm all about being honest and keeping parents in the loop so everyone feels good. I started caring for my brother's three kids-Carter, who's autistic, and twins Ava and Blake-and my little sister Mia, who had some health problems when she was born. Helping them taught me a lot about patience and how much I enjoy working with kids. I'm planning to start college for child care next semester and am saving up since I'm paying for it myself. In my free time, I like to work out, do crafts, and sew. Families should know I'm patient and caring-I always make sure kids feel safe, happy, and have a good time. I would say my top skills are patience, communication, and creativity.
