Learning should build confidence, not frustration. I enjoy helping students understand concepts at their own pace while creating a positive and encouraging environment. Throughout my career, I have mentored, trained, and coached people of all ages. I believe patience, clear communication, and encouragement are the keys to helping others succeed. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable, and encouraging. I like tutoring because I believe learning builds confidence. I'm looking for a job that matters and can make a positive difference in someone's life. I started tutoring when I was in the 5th grade in a one-room schoolhouse. In my spare time, I like to read, take online classes, decorate my home, and volunteer in the community. One thing you should know about me is whether working with a student or supporting a family, I want them to leave feeling more confident than when we first met. My skills include patience , common sense, and reliability.
