About Tierra

I have experience working with students and helping them succeed academically. During my undergraduate studies at Missouri Western State University, I spent two years tutoring students in math, where I developed strong skills in explaining concepts in a clear and patient way. As a current graduate (dental) student, I also have strong reading, writing, and communication skills, which I feel confident using to help support students in English as well. I strive to create a positive, encouraging learning environment and tailor my approach to each student's needs to help them build confidence and achieve their goals.
