About Victoria

Hi! My name is Victoria and I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Throughout my education and professional experience, I have had the opportunity to work with both older adults and youth, but caring for seniors has always held a special place in my heart. I have experience working in a memory care assisted living community where I facilitated reminiscence groups, participated in daily activities, and provided companionship to residents. I also worked as a server and front desk concierge at a senior living community, which allowed me to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while supporting their day-to-day needs. I love working with older adults and believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. My goal is to help seniors maintain their independence while providing companionship, support, and a caring presence in their daily lives. I strive to care for each person as I would a member of my own family.
