About Cassidy

I have several years of experience working with seniors in both professional and personal settings. I previously worked in a restaurant within a retirement community, where I built strong relationships with residents while helping ensure they felt comfortable and supported. Through my work in a dental office, I regularly assist elderly patients and help them feel at ease during their appointments. I have also supported seniors with mobility and exercises at a physical therapy clinic, and previously taught senior Pilates classes, focusing on safe movement, strength, and balance. In addition, I've helped care for an elderly family member by assisting with transportation, errands, and companionship. I genuinely enjoy working with seniors and aim to provide patient, dependable care that helps people feel safe, respected, and valued.
