About Victoria

I am a NJ certified teacher with a Master's degree in Communication with an emphasis in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, along with over 10 years of experience in the field. I have worked as a Pre-K teacher and most recently held a leadership role as an Education Director, where I remained closely involved in classrooms by supporting teachers, guiding behavior, modeling lessons, and ensuring children were engaged in meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. I have experience working with children of various ages in both school and home settings, and I find this work to be incredibly fulfilling. I bring a calm, nurturing and consistent approach, while also fostering independence, curiosity and creativity. I strongly believe that children are natural learners who deserve respect, safety and an environment where they feel free to explore, create, imagine and grow into their natural curiosity.
