About Kira

Hello! I am a certified teacher with a college degree in English and Education from TCNJ. I worked as a camp counselor with children age 8+ for several years and then as an ELA teacher to middle schoolers for over 5 years. I have had babysitting experience and first aid training since the age of 13, but have not had formal experience as a nanny. I enjoy reading to kids, playing made up games, board games, puzzles, some video games, and being outside in nature. I can assist with cooking, housekeeping, and light pet care. I can also help with homework and organizational tasks/time management/routines. I communicate with parents and enforce family rules using parents' preferred method.
