I'd describe my personality as warm, kind, understanding I like tutoring because I love seeing my students make progress with their math skills, and seeing their confidence build as they improve I'm looking for a job with students who want to improve their math skills and need a little help along the way I started tutoring when I was 21 years old, right out of college. I have been tutoring for 22 years now! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my kids and dogs, read books, work in my garden One thing you should know about me is I have worked with students of all ages and abilities, and I think it is essential to meet kids where they are. I never judge a student for what they know and don't know. I can help anyone! My skills include building confidence, decreasing anxiety, and explaining even the most complex topics in accessible ways
