About Verushcka Louise

I like caring for the elderly because I like helping them in anyway that I can and show them that they matter and not forgotten. I started working as a CNA at Banner Good Samaritan hospital in Phoenix, Az and had the opportunity to work with caring for seniors, some at their own homes, some privately hired and some I worked at senior care facilities since 2012. I have a good understanding and with great empathy when working with seniors and I'm very experienced with some who have sun downers & mild to moderate dementia. One thing you should know about me is I'm very easy going and an active listener. My skills include effective communication, being understanding with patience, and being observant or attentive to any possible changes in physical or emotional state of the patient. I'm also trained and certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED because I believe in safety as first priority when it comes to caring for others.
