I lived in the Czech Republic I worked as a nurse in the orthopedic department for the four years prior to coming to the USA. I love children, their sincerity, children's laughter and courage. Their pure energy and kindness. My family and friends say that I'm kind, helpful, empathetic, reliable. I have a lot of experience with children. From newborns to older children. Because I am during my studies I have done many internships in children's wards. I can also take care of children in terms of health care. I have a brother 16 years younger than me, whom I have loved to take care of since he was a baby until now. We have many children in our family and I spend a lot of time with them and sometimes I look after them myself. I have had a good relationship with children since childhood, as a friend once told me, "You like children and they like you."

We had a great experience with Veronika and would absolutely hire her again. This was a last-minute booking, and I was a bit nervous since I didn’t have time to properly vet references the way I normally would—but those nerves quickly disappeared. Veronika was lovely, calm, and confident, and we really appreciated the chance to chat with her beforehand and learn about her past experience as an au pair. She sent plenty of photos throughout the evening, and it was clear our daughter was having so much fun. Veronika was also very respectful of our request for no screen time, which meant a lot to us. Our daughter is usually very attached, but she barely looked back when we were leaving and happily said “bye mama,” which says everything. We felt very comfortable with Veronika in our home and with our child, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
