Laura is simply the best! She's been working as our full-time nanny for the past 16 months, caring for our daughter from around 6 months to 18 months of age. She was the first nanny we hired as new parents, and made the transition of going back to work and having someone care for our daughter very seamless. Our daughter immediately warmed up to her and Laura quickly became part of the family. She is great at finding age appropriate activities and keeping our active toddler engaged and busy throughout the day. Laura is extremely reliable, trustworthy, honest and just an overall great person. She is calm and level headed, and truly cares for the kids she nannies for. Laura is also extremely flexible - shortly after hiring her we had to take a week long trip away from our daughter. Laura jumped in to support my mother in-law who had flown out to help. Laura ensured our daughter stayed on her schedule and helped my MIL feel confident taking care of such a young kid. I truly can't say enough great things about Laura!
