Veronica was great with my son but she was not as dependable and reliable as I expected. She missed many days without much notice and asked to get paid for two days she worked this week and the next day sent me a message that she can no longer work for me. I am not able to send her texts (I got a message that I was blocked). I over paid her thinking she would be back. When asked, She says she will be back to return that amount and something she borrowed. She was great when she came, but I am very disappointed on how unreliable and inconsistent she was with coming.
