About Verdah

Hello! I'm a stay at home wife with a bachelors in Biology. I'm preparing for a career in teaching and I would love to gain more experience with kids to make me a better candidate. Much of my caregiving experience comes from volunteering at summer camps as an assistant teacher, babysitting neighborhood families, and babysitting my own niece and nephew. The age range I have experience with are 3y - 14y but I am open to other ages as well. I am happy to help with tutoring, errands, cooking, school pick up, or if you just need an extra hand. I'm CPR certified and am comfortable dealing with first aid emergencies. Some things about me are that I love crafts, reading, video games, spending time outside, wildlife documentaries, and cooking. My goal with caregiving is to keep kids safe, help them feel confident in their own abilities, and encourage them to learn in any way I can.
