I am an experienced Career Nanny, with a focus on newborns and toddlers, holding over 20 years of dedicated service, based in Georgia. I also offer my services to families in need of care outside the area.

I provide a wide range of services, including newborn care, night care, overnight care, short-term care, travel care, and occasional care. Additionally, I am a CPR instructor, offer sleep training to help your child sleep through the night or establish a nap schedule, as well as parenting and child behavioral support. I have experience working with multiples including twins, triplets, households and groups with up to 8 children and nanny shares.

As anxious first-time parents, we’d only hired through agencies or personal referrals and were nervous about Care.com. Her great reviews impressed us. She sent a thorough resume and even recommended additional background checks and references, which we appreciated. We also loved that she’s a CPR instructor. She’s trustworthy, incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy, wonderful with our 5-month-old son, a great communicator and flexible with her schedule.

Vena was an absolute godsend! I was overwhelmed with a 3 month old having to return back to work and from the very beginning didn't simply provide care, but went above and beyond my expectation to build and foster an amazing learning environment for my baby. It felt so amazingly reassuring to have someone like Vena who was dependable, compassionate, and incredibly intuitive with my baby's (and mine) needs and it is undeniable that caring and nurturing is her expertise. We absolutely love Vena! We have used her services on more than one occasion. We had a hiccup once due to her having an emergency at her home but she was able to compensate our family (time) which was really nice. We will continue to use Vena because she’s so great with our son. I’m a FTM and I’m not as nervous with the idea of leaving my son with someone. 

Vena was so helpful providing childcare support during a time where we were transitioning from 1-2 kiddos. Her down to earth disposition was a nice balance. While we aren’t new to parenting, Vena shared some tips, ideas and new item suggestions that helped make adjusting to our new baby a smoother and more organized process.

Vena was fantastic with our 2 year old. We hired her to cover a break in our daycare before the fall semester. We had been dreading finding someone for ~10 days. Within 20 minutes our daughter and Vena were fast friends. She had a great plan for their time together and both engaged our daughter as well as enforced rules. We will absolutely hire her again and recommend her highly.

Vena was great to work with and helped us at the last minute.   She helped our 5-year-old daughter complete her school work and planned fun activities for her to do.   We will rehire her again.

Ms. V has worked with our family for going on 2 years and we hope to always have her as a part of our family. She is kind, phenomenal with our boys, patient and truly a genuinely wonderful person.

I was able to interview Vena for a potential nannyshare position. Although we didn't end up getting to hire her because her current family wanted to keep her, she would be a great candidate! Before we met she was very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with.  When we interviewed her, myself and the other family were very impressed with her.  Vena is professional and approachable and she seems like she would be a great fit with many families!

Had a great interview with Vena a week ago. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I answered no to punctual because we kept missing each other with messages and time.m, and we met at a crowded place which impacted parking. Overall great interview.

Vena has taken care of my son and daughter on numerous occasions including long term overnight when my job required me to travel.  She is very organized and very detailed in her planning and communication.  Finding her has really relieved my life from the frustration and anxiety of looking for someone that can be completely trusted with my son and daughter, my most prized possessions. I must admit, it will be difficult to put to words how much Vena meant to us but I will make an attempt to do justice to her brilliance and skill. Vena agreed to work with us for a short-term arrangement as our family sorted through what type of infant care would work best for us in the long-run. I appreciated her flexibility and willingness to work with us. This was an immediate demonstration to me of her commitment and true desire to help kids and families when they are in need. My 3 month old infant immediately took to Vena and I watched him develop by leaps and bounds in the few short weeks he spent under her care. She helped us to formulate a schedule which helped him both nap and sleep through the night. Vena helped to ensure that our baby was always engaged in developmentally and age appropriate activities. She genuinely cared! In conclusion, Vena is a talented, patient, and loving human being, who was a gift! .

I hired Vena for a last minute nanny job. My regular nanny became ill. And I received Vena's name from a friend of mines. My little one warmed right up to her. When I initially met with Vena she came prepared with a resume, baby log she made up to keep parents informed and many references. My daughter just turned 3 months so experience was very important to me. I'm so thankful she was able to help out so last minute! We will definitely be contacting her again for some occasional babysitting and date nights. I even passed her name on to a friend of mine who is pregnant. I would recommend this young lady to any family looking for exceptional child care.

Vena has been working with us for about 4 months now, caring for 3 kids simultaneously in a nanny-share arrangement (all kids were under the age of 2 when we started). When we first thought about sharing a nanny, I had serious doubts whether any nanny can be good enough to handle our three kids well and still create stimulating and educational opportunities for them, while managing 3 different schedules, and consistently meeting their physical needs.
