We ended up hiring Vanessa after meeting with her in the park. She was great at asserting herself with the kids (not overwhelming, but not afraid to get right in there with them) and she asked a lot of wonderful questions. I can tell that she is a warm, smart, and caring person and I'm looking forward to having her take care of my boys!
