If I could convince Vanessa to move with us when we leave DC this month, I would. We are very sad to say goodbye to her. She has always been on time, tidy, and friendly, but she offers so much more, and that's what has made her really special to our family. She communicates very clearly, and very well. She cares for our baby with love, attention and thoughtfulness. She sends photos throughout the day of our child having fun on the playground or with her park friends, and it's such a treasure to be able to go back and see our child's development over the past year. We have 100% confidence in Vanessa's ability to keep our child safe, happy, entertained, and learning, and that has been such a relief as a first time parent. Vanessa spends a lot of time outdoors with our daughter, on walks, in the park with other nannies and babies, and at the playground. When the weather is bad, they do fun activities our daughter loves, like art or sensory play. We are going to miss Vanessa so much!
