I am a responsible, patient and honest person, I love kids, I had take care my brother much part of my life, because my mom worked. Here I had the opportunity to take care a 8 months baby girl for more than one year. I studied three semester of childhood education at the University in Colombia, I enjoy taking care of kids and I like to do outdoor activities like taking them to walks, parks or libraries . The pets are not a problem for me. Also I studied 5 classes( 20 units) at DeAnza College in ECE. I have an " Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR /AED Certificate training too. I can make meals for them. I'm a native Spanish language speaker, and I have fluent English. I worked in a Daycare and preschool for three years and was an amazing experience because I taught to the children basic things( like colors, ABC, grammar, shapes, numbers, math, craft, etc..) and I learned from them too.

Vanessa took care of our daughter for the past two years and we feel so fortunate that we had her in our family. She is an excellent nanny: reliable, knowledgable, and trustworthy. We felt 100% comfortable leaving our daughter with her from the very beginning (when she was 1 year old). Vanessa knows children very well and she has been super helpful with reaching various developmental milestones, from learning to walk to potty training. Vanessa knows how to nurture and properly care for children’s health and well being. She is great at prepping food and teaching kids how to eat independently. Vanessa is playful, entertaining, very patient; our daughter loves spending time with her. Vanessa knows how to enforce discipline in a soft and loving way; she is also skilled at explaining and teaching, and our daughter learned so much from her. Vanessa communicates well and it has always been a pleasure to have her in our home. We highly recommend Vanessa to any family looking for an amazing nanny!
