Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. I believe every learner has unique strengths and deserves a supportive, engaging, and patient environment where they can succeed. With over 10 years of teaching experience, including the last six years working with students with special needs, I tailor my approach to each student's learning style. Whether using visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussions, I make challenging concepts easier to understand by breaking them into manageable steps and connecting lessons to students' interests. I am proficient in Braille and certified in CPR and First Aid. I value open communication with students and families, believing trust and collaboration are key to success. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a student's confidence grow and witnessing that exciting aha moment.
