About Valou

Hi! My name is Valou, and I'm so excited about the opportunity to care for your children. I'm a Christian and a sophomore at North Carolina State University, currently majoring in Statistics with a minor in Computer Science. Caring for children has always been a big part of my life. I have hands-on experience babysitting my own nieces and nephews, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and the joy that comes with building strong relationships with kids. In addition to family experience, I regularly volunteer in the childcare ministry at First Baptist Church Durham during Sunday morning services. I've also helped with Vacation Bible School (VBS) at my church, working with children of various ages through fun activities, crafts, and lessons. I'm dependable, nurturing, and committed to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. I'd love the chance to bring that same energy and care into your home!
