About Sydney

I have 8+ years of childcare experience, along with a background in early childhood development. I've spent over 4 years working in a church classroom setting and helping lead children's programs such as VBS. I'm passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to grow. I value fostering independence, supporting developmental milestones, and incorporating play-based learning that encourages curiosity and creativity. I'm especially mindful of each child's unique needs, including sensory preferences and emotional development, and I strive to support them in a calm, patient, and positive way. As a mom to a (almost) 6-year-old myself, I bring both professional experience and real-life understanding into my care. I truly love what I do and look forward to supporting your family!
