About Val

My name is Val. I am a very organized person and respond promptly to questions from parents. I am also a baby lover, skilled communicator, schedule creating, fun person. I love babies from birth to toddler age. I ran my own childcare business from my home for over 10 years during which I cared for the children including preparing their food. I have worked with newborns, toddlers, and school age children in after school programs. I have been in a private school lead teacher role in an infant room ages 0 to 18 months. I have worked for a family of physicians in the Highland Park/Dallas area and have helped many infants reach their milestones. I believe in respecting a child and getting down on their level to communicate with them. I believe that the most important thing a caregiver should provide is communication with the parents. It's a must and provides better care for the child, caregiver and the parents. Children are the last bit of innocence we have in this world.
