About Valerie

For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, driven by a passion for their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I am compassionate, friendly, and create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method. I find great joy in helping others, and I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
