Our family had a wonderful experience with Ursie. Our 3 year old had dropped his afternoon nap and was potty training so it was a challenging time and Ursie was just what we needed. The things we liked about Ursie: She has a very calming presence, she is extremely patient, she is very professional and is good at taking cues such as when children should have quiet time/be more boisterous, she is also wonderful with babies (we also have a 5 mo old). I trust Ursie with my children we highly recommend her as a nanny.
