We hired Urmila in Sept 2023 when our son was 6 months old and she has been nannying for him this whole time (he is now a little over 2 years old)! We have been so happy with how well she has cared for him! She always made sure our baby was clean, well-fed, and rested. Urmila is also constantly engaged with him and talks and sings to him all the time. She knows our area really well so knows all baby/toddler friendly places, and often takes him to parks, playgrounds, and libraries. But perhaps our favorite part about Urmila is how she truly cares for and adores the children she works with. We give her the highest recommendation for your family's caretaking needs!
