Nichole is a great nanny - she is very punctual, flexible, understanding and PATIENT. Our child (7 mo at the start) would not let anyone else hold her and would scream very loudly but Nichole was persistent, creative and patient with getting LO to calm down w her. You can tell she has plenty of experience with babies and children!
