I am very pleased to recommend Unaisi (a.k.a. Una) , who has been assisting my husband since June of this year. My husband has dementia, and having someone trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable to care for him is extremely important to me. Una is an honest, warm, kind, and caring person. Her professional background has given her the experience and ability to work well with all types of people. She is attentive to detail, responsible, and always treats my husband with patience, dignity, and respect. Most importantly, my husband is very comfortable with her and is always happy when she is with him. Una assists my husband with his daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, shaving, and preparing and serving breakfast and lunch. She sometimes takes him out for lunch, which he enjoys, and also helps with light housekeeping around the home. One of the qualities I especially appreciate is how responsive Una is with me. She is always quick to respond to my texts and calls, which gives me great peace of mind, especially when I am away from home. Knowing that she is attentive to my husband and keeps me informed is incredibly reassuring. Una is hardworking, dependable, honest, and compassionate.
