About Multezem

I have over 5 years experience caring for older adults. Main duty is to help their clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. I can also drive my client with my personal car if needed. I am able to take my client to doctors appointment and other appointment they might have with family or friends. - Help clients take and prepare prescribed medication - Assist clients with ambulation if needed - Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, physical activities, etc.) - Assist with personal care and hygiene ( Bating etc.) - Help with physical therapy exercises - Plan and prepare meals - Do the client's shopping or accompany them If needed - Perform housekeeping duties ( washing dishes, light cleaning, laundry , making bed etc) - Be a pleasant and supportive - Report any unusual incidents to family member - Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
