tee tee is a gift. she was my daughter’s nanny from 6 months old until she aged out. tyra is the the type who attends birthday parties years after the kids have moved on, and the children run screaming to her in delight. we still visit regularly, because the bond is that tight. tyra’s charges build secure attachments, and develop independence. her approach is a difficult to find balance of deeply caring and firm boundaries. her play space is filled with laughter, dancing, and games. she meets the children where they are, and provides age/skill appropriate activities to scaffold their learning. she is patient, even with sensitive youngsters who take longer to get comfortable. she’s a magician at getting children to nap. she feeds healthy foods and respects dietary preferences. seriously, she has set the bar so high that i haven’t found a match in several years of other nannies. reach out! she should be top of list for you
