Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my professional practice. With 10 years of experience as a certified teacher, I specialize in elementary education, Math, English, and Special Education. I hold a graduate degree and maintain certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive, patient environment where students build critical thinking skills. I assess individual learning styles through active observation and adapt my methods using visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities. To keep students engaged, I break complex problems into manageable steps and connect concepts to their personal interests. I believe clear communication is essential for building trust and achieving academic goals. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a difficult concept.
