Empowering students to reach their full potential has been my primary focus for the past nine years. As a certified teacher with a graduate degree, I specialize in Math, English, History, and Study Skills for elementary and middle school students. My approach centers on building confidence through personalized support and fostering a genuine love for learning. I adapt my teaching style using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication to ensure every concept clicks. When students face challenging topics, I break problems into manageable steps and connect lessons to their personal interests. I am also experienced in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe that clear, collaborative dialogue with families is essential for student success. I find the greatest joy in witnessing those "aha!" moments when a student finally masters a difficult concept. I look forward to helping your student grow.
