About Tristyn

Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children is my passion, and that's why I've turned my garage into a home daycare. Having my own child inspired me to cultivate a space where kids feel safe, seen, and can create magical memories. For eight years, I've cared for children ages 1-5, and I'm comfortable with up to three at a time. I loosely follow a Waldorf curriculum, understanding that children learn best through play. We bake and make play dough, and I have plenty of blocks, puzzles, books, art and crafts for the children to play with. We have a backyard we share with our 4 beloved chickens, garden beds for the children to learn to grow food, and a mud kitchen. I'm creative, friendly, and trauma informed. I hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training and Attachment Theory. I'm excited to welcome your little ones into this enriching space I've intentionally created to help your little ones thrive and create warm childhood memories.
