Hi, my name is Tristan! I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, working in child and adolescent residential programs, foster care, and case management for both children and adults. Supporting families in need has always been more than just a job for me-it's a true passion. As a parent myself, and someone who has gone through the adoption process, I have firsthand understanding of the joys and challenges that come with raising children in various family structures. This personal and professional experience has given me the ability to connect with and support families of all kinds with empathy, patience, and respect. I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child and family member feels valued and understood.
