I'd describe my personality as compassionate, empathetic, and kind. As an empathetic person I took care of my grandfather until he transitioned. After this I realized how vulnerable our older folks are and their need to be valued and cared for through dedication, patience, and hard work. I'm looking for a job that allows me to showcase my abilities and skills as a caregiver and to express my compassion, commitment and pride in my work. I first took care of my grandfather when I was 14 years old. Years later I partially took care of my father until he transitioned. In my spare time, I like to do simple projects such as sewing, crocheting, and baking. I also enjoy roadtrips to anywhere. Even by plane. One thing you should know about me is that I am kind-hearted with a bubbly personality. People tell me I am funny as well. Based on my past experiences working with seniors I have a deep understanding of their need to be heard, valued, and being well taken cared of.
