About Trina

I'm a natural-born caregiver with over two decades of experience providing childcare to families in our community. I'm retiring from teaching kindergarten after 34 years and am excited about the prospect of caring for little ones again. I've always had a passion for working with children, starting as a neighborhood babysitter at 12 and nannying for two families while in college. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I believe in open communication with parents and will use your preferred method to keep you informed about your child's day and any issues that may arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy a variety of games and activities with children, from reading books and singing songs to doing arts and crafts, playing outside, and exploring the community. I hold a college degree and am comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from newborns to preteens. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am a non-smoker.
