I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting independence is essential to building connections with those in my care. I have some college education, a car, and am comfortable with pets. I'm also CPR and First Aid trained.
