I'm also comfortable providing specialized care for individuals with dementia, managing medications, and offering hospice support. I'm patient, compassionate, and adept at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential for building strong connections. I also have certifications in CPR and First Aid.
