For over 26 years, my passion has been supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on their lives. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I provide respite care, live-in care, hospice support, and home health services. I'm experienced in personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encouraging physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I am also comfortable around pets. I cherish the opportunity to bring comfort and joy to those I care for.
